These cookies are so easy to make, perfect for those lazy days, when you want something sweet to eat and don't have the motivation to deal the mess we all create when we bake!
I am using sliced almonds and flaky salt, but you can skip both of them, if you'd like. Pick your choice of chocolate for this, all chocolates should work.
When you have laid out the cookies to cool down, practice patience and do not touch them until chocolate has firmed up completely.
You can personalise this recipe by adding you choice of ingredients instead of almonds, such as, raisins, walnuts, dried apricot slices, etc., upto you, whatever your heart desires. You can keep these for 2-3 days in an air tight container.
