  • 1/2 Cup (70g) Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 1/4 Cups (170g) Cashews
  • 1/2 Cup (70g) Dried Cranberries (Unsweetened)
  • 1/2 Cup (90g) Goji berries
  • 1 Cup (135g) Dried Apricots (unsweetened)

Steps

  • Grab your largest mixing bowl and add the measured walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cashews.
  • Pour in those vibrant dried cranberries and goji berries, followed by the chewy dried apricots. Don't worry if a few pieces fall outside the bowl - it happens to the best of us!
  • Using a large spoon or clean hands, gently mix all the ingredients together until they're evenly distributed. You want every handful to be a delightful surprise of flavors and textures.
